The user interface and speed of use
Generally, this comfort depends directly on the way in which the user interface is conceived. And on this point, even in similar categories of price, considerable differences can exist. Before making its choice, it is thus advisable to attend a demonstration of the product or, better, being able to test it oneself (sending of CDRom or downloadable version on Internet).
It is necessary to be particularly attentive with the various modes of entry of the articles (seized of stocks). Thus, a program which does not make it possible to directly seize the references but which forces the user to pass by a series of drop-down lists (or menus…) quickly becomes unbearable, especially if the references which one usually uses find at the end of the list! The ideal is to find a software enough flexible to enter its own abbreviations.
Moreover, it is necessary that the software offers a true user-friendliness during the recording of the sales (...). Seizure of a sale not having to exceed 3 seconds and with the maximun 4 keys.

Maintenance
How it is assured?. Certain firm maintenance reach, with your agreement, with your remote computer by the means of Internet or of a modem (remote support), which brings a certain serenity as for the speed of intervention.

Evolutionarity
According to your needs, it is sometimes useful to get information if the supplier can develop you your specific needs and which are the costs.

Transparency
It is interesting to contact fellow-members being useful itself regularly of the software. Any company not having “anything to hide” will give you readily the co-ordinates of some of its customers. Do not hesitate to call them: one day, they were in your case.

For the chapter of the disadvantages, it is necessary to agree to re-examine a little the practices and reflexes acquired following several years of use of the other systems. Because certain commercial actors jealously protect their square meadows and their secure incomes, it should be known that uses of certain software, or certain peripherals, can pose problem.
