Yes. Each station must be provided with an Ethernet chart. There is no increase of tariff for additional stations network.
On each site, it is invoiced only one licence of QuoRam, it does not matter the number of network terminal (or independent).

A code bar is a series of figures which materializes by a succession of features and spaces of variable width. The codes bars must be decoded by means of a reader of code bars or scanner head. Each code bar is single and makes it possible to identify a product to facilitate the inventory control of it.
A code bar does not contain any information at the beginning. You must return the reference of the code bars in a software of point of sale or stock and return information relating to this product such as the name of the product, its selling price, the purchase price, the quantity in stock, etc…
Once the reference of the product recorded, each time you scannerez a code bars of a product in your software of store or stock, it will make it possible the system to recognize it and inform it of information which you wish to post.

Yes. With each seizure of stock, the QuoRam system publishes the labels Barres codes of the seized articles. You can print these labels on any printer, Laser or Jet of ink.
A module of parameter setting enables you to define information to be registered on the labels.

You can use QuoRam without reader of code bars. You can pass by the button “Stock? ” which makes it possible to seek an article by its reference, its size, its color or its price: while typing the first letters, the tool will generate a list of products containing these letters. You will not have any more but to select the article to include it in the case.

QuoRam can manage several stocks. In its version multi-stores, the central store automatically recovers the sales and other actions of the other stores and updates stocks.

Yes. The payment of the articles by various payments is dealt with by the software. QuoRam is a complete system which manages easily the installments, the goods of purchases, the returns and asset, the accounts - cheques gifts, the estimates, orders and invoices of the customers…

Yes. The management of your inventory is also dealt with. In the software, there are 2 types of inventories: the “traditional” inventory consistent with scanner the whole of the articles of the store, and the “turning” inventory allowing to inventory only part of the store, throughout the year. QuoRam also manages the depreciations of stocks…

Yes. QuoRam manages the periods of balances by printing labels with the balanced price, the old barred price and the coloured percentage of handing-over. It is however necessary to specify these handing-over. Then, it is enough to scanner the article to sell it with the handsome price, without another handling.

Yes… subject to analysis by our engineering department. Indeed, certain companies cryptent their data and do not allow you to reach it (whereas the law prohibits these practices…). If your data are accessible, our technical team undertakes to transfer them.

All the data of the software are easily exportable with the formats mdb, xls or csv.

Not, unfortunately. At present, a Linux version is being studied.

The QuoRam system is compatible with all the current materials the commerciques ones (Scanner head Codes bar, Imprimante Ticket, Tiroir case, bill-poster customer, standard or specific printer…)

Not. QuoRam is available in only one version and at only one price. QuoRam is a tool cut to optimize your activity while indicating to you what “goes” and what “does not go”!. It is important to choose a software able to follow the expansion of your activity. Could a version “Light” meet your needs but, for how long?

Not. You will spend only only once for the activation of your software. Once activated, you profit one period of service and updates of the six (6) months software via Téléphone/ADSL. After this period, you can get a contract of service. If you do not wish a maintenance contract, your software will function all the same.
